5/7/26 Update – Tuckers Cove Latest Community Update
I was out on the lake the other day and had to stop and just take it all in. The amenity area at Tucker’s Cove is transforming fast and what’s being built out there is something special. I grabbed my phone and snapped a few photos because honestly, people need to see this.
If you’ve been on the fence about Tucker’s Cove or you know someone who has been watching this community from a distance, here’s your update.
The Tiki Pavilion and Huts
The new tiki pavilion and huts are going up right along the water and they already look incredible. We’re talking thatch roof structures sitting on a dock walkway with the lake right in front of you. The kind of spot where you show up on a Saturday afternoon with nowhere else to be and you just settle in.
There’s a full covered pavilion for gatherings plus smaller individual huts spread along the water. And there’s even a replica ship structure (restaurant) near the shoreline that gives the whole area a really fun, one of a kind feel you won’t find in any other community around here. It’s the kind of detail that makes you smile every time you walk past it.
This isn’t just an amenity. It’s the reason your neighbors will be asking if they can come over on the weekend.

The Splash Pad and Water Slides
I want to be clear about something here because I’ve seen a lot of community amenity packages over the years. This is not a token water feature. The slides going up right now are full size, real water park energy, with enclosed spiral slides and an open run coming off a tower with stair access. Kids are going to lose their minds when this opens.
The splash pad sits right alongside it for the younger ones so every age has something to look forward to. From what I saw on site this is going to be one of the most talked about amenity setups in all of Southwest Florida. That’s not hype, that’s just what’s being built.
Tucker’s Cove was already a standout inside Babcock Ranch. Once these amenities are fully open and the photos start circulating, the interest is going to be even stronger. If you’ve been thinking about this community or you have someone in your life who should be, let’s have that conversation now while the timing still makes sense.
I live here. I know this neighborhood. And I’m happy to walk you through everything that’s available.

2/19/26 Update – Tuckers Cove Latest Community Update
Here is the latest from Tuckers Cove. I received confirmation from a reliable inside source that all of the materials for the permanent bridge leading to the amenities center have officially been delivered. As of today, crews have begun driving the pilings into the ground, marking the start of construction on the permanent bridge and the much anticipated second access point to the amenities complex. This is a major step forward for the community and a clear sign that progress is moving in the right direction. More updates to come as construction continues.

2/12/26 Update – Tuckers Cove Latest Community Update
A lot of visible progress is happening inside Tuckers Cove, and this is the type of momentum buyers like to see.
The sports courts are officially open. Residents now have access to the basketball courts, tennis courts, and outdoor pickleball courts. These are fully operational and already being used, which is a big step forward in bringing the lifestyle component of the community to life.
Both dog parks are also open, including the large and small dog areas. For pet owners, this is a major win. Having dedicated spaces for both small and large breeds adds to the usability and thoughtfulness of the amenity design.
Another noticeable milestone this week is that the roof has gone up on the Airnasium. That structure is starting to take shape and gives everyone a clearer visual of what is coming next. Seeing vertical construction always makes things feel real.
Looking ahead, Phase 2 of the amenity package is currently slated to open in October of 2026. As that timeline approaches, we expect more visible progress on the clubhouse components and expanded amenity features that will round out the full lifestyle experience.
Tuckers Cove is moving from plans on paper to real, usable amenities. That shift matters, especially for buyers evaluating timing and long term value inside the neighborhood.
