A first look inside the amenities
At a real estate professional preview, Hunter toured the developing water park and gathering spaces. This was an early look at the scale of the amenity center before its resident opening. At the time, the team expected a phased September launch.
The opening milestone above supersedes that earlier projection.
Tiki huts, ship details, and slides take shape
Lakeside tiki structures and the larger gathering pavilion were going up. The ship inspired restaurant structure and water slide tower made the future amenity area much easier to picture.

A new set of site photographs captured work across the developing amenity areas. These images record what the community looked like at this stage, before the September opening.

Permanent bridge work begins
The site reported that materials for the permanent bridge to the amenity center had arrived and crews had begun driving pilings. The bridge was an important step toward a second access point to the amenity complex.

Bridge construction Courts and dog parks open
The basketball, tennis, and outdoor pickleball courts were reported open for residents. Both large and small dog parks were also open. Construction continued nearby, including the Airnasium roof.
At that time, a later phase was projected for October 2026. See the newest entry for the current opening milestone.
